Supra is introducing a new billing and payment system to help streamline processes for keyholders and put more self-service in the hands of account holders. Below are a few essential things to know about the new system. Automated notices will take place if the credit card on file is rejected for payment: 1 DAY after the debit credit card payment is unsuccessful a courtesy email will go out to notify agents to update their credit card that is on file. 5 DAYS after the debit credit card payment is unsuccessful, your eKey app will stop working. A big red notification button will present itself in the app to update your account. 25 DAYS after the debit credit card payment is unsuccessful, a $25.00 late fee will be added to your account balance. On December 31st, older Supra eKEY apps will no longer function. To ensure you maintain access to Supra Lockboxes, please update to the most recent version of the eKEY app as soon as possible. The latest version of the eKEY app requires your device to use one of the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12 or later. (Not sure which version you have? See Apple’s guide.) Android OS 8 or later. (Not sure which version you have? See Google’s guide.) Although most devices in use today can run the latest version of the eKEY app, there may be some older devices that may not be able to update to this version. This means that a very small percentage of people may need to upgrade to a newer device. Dear Members, Following is a notice from SUPRA. Dear Supra Customers, Effective January 31, 2021, Supra will no longer process ACH payments (electronic, bank-to-bank money transfers) for monthly debits. Keyholders who pay their Supra key fee using the ACH payment option will be affected by this change. We are implementing this change to the Keyholder payment options in order to streamline our processes and provide better service to our customers. SupraNET and SupraWEB will be updated in mid-December 2020 to discontinue ACH as a payment option. After the change is made, you will no longer be able to sign up Keyholders with the ACH payment option for initial or recurring payments. Any Keyholder currently set up to pay via ACH will need to change their payment option to a debit or credit card no later than January 31, 2021. Pre-paid cards can also be used as a payment option (Visa/MC/Amex)....
Most Supra services and payments can be handled online or over the phone. However, in some cases, you may need to come to the office. Due to local regulations, we must limit staff hours in the building. With this in mind, please adhere to the following: Call or email us in advance and make an appointment to come in. The appointment windows are Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. only. Please do not be late or come to the building outside of these times. Do not show up without an appointment. If you miss your appointment time then reschedule with the staff to come in during the next appointment window. If you have a major emergency and need a Supra box right away, contact us.
