Most Supra services and payments can be handled online or over the phone. However, in some cases, you may need to come to the office. Due to local regulations, we must limit staff hours in the building. With this in mind, please adhere to the following:
- Call or email us in advance and make an appointment to come in.
- The appointment windows are Tuesdays and Fridays from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. only. Please do not be late or come to the building outside of these times. Do not show up without an appointment. If you miss your appointment time then reschedule with the staff to come in during the next appointment window. If you have a major emergency and need a Supra box right away, contact us.
