How To Register Your Listing For GAOR Caravans

 NO FORM IS REQUIRED 

Which MLS Ae you?  MATRIX | PFAR | CLAW

ALL GAOR Members and Non-members

From any MLS, schedule your listing as an ‘Open House’ covering the hours 10a to 1p.
Listings must be posted in the MLS by 3 p.m. the day before.

MATRIX MEMBERS:

Do not use the Caravan feature in Matrix. Instead, schedule an Open House for Wednesday or Friday.
Open House hours must cover the hours 10a to 1p (3 hrs minimum)

* PFAR MEMBERS:

Post your listing as a ‘Public Open House‘ -or- ‘Broker Open House‘ -or- ‘Broker Tours/Caravan’.
Either type will get included in our Caravan List.

* CLAW MEMBERS:

UPDATE: There is NO need to complete a form. Please post your listing as a ‘Public’ or ‘Private’ Open House.

Each listing is limited to 6 (six) total signs per open house.
Agents are not allowed to leave signs out overnight.

Re-Caravan Rules
Re-Caravan is allowed for properties that have met either of the following criteria:
5% Price Reduction (from the prior listing price), or
45 DAYS passed from the last caravan
