Following is an MLS update from our MLS Systems Administrator Rick Stever. OCTOBER 5, 2020 Original List Prices The issue is that CRMLS’s record for some PFAR and VC listings shows an Original List Price as blank. When we transfer the CRMLS copy into i-Tech, the field will show a $0.00 value. We have identified both pre and post-8/28/20 entered PFAR and VC listings with this issue and have reported them to CRMLS this morning. This should be a minor issue since it involves the data in the Original List Price field. This is used in Comparative Market Analysis reports as well as displayed in Listing Summary/Detail reports. I don’t believe there are a lot of our members with product monthly reports — but there are some. Some Photo Links Are Broken There also seems to be an issue with some broken photo links for PFAR and VC listings....

CLOUD CMA Bug Fix

Dear GAOR members, A fix has been put in place to address the disconnect iTECH had with Cloud CMA!  If you happened to have implemented the recommended workaround for using CLOUD CMA, here are instructions for reverting those profile setting changes. CLOUD CMA  This process is ONLY for agents that implemented the temporary workaround: Go directly to CloudCMA by entering www.CloudCMA.com Click on the login button in the upper right of the screen. Enter your email address and MLS password. Once logged in, click on the round circle in the upper right corner of the CloudCMA drop-down line. From the drop-down menu, select “Account Settings”. Select “MLS Credentials” from the list of Account Settings options. Make certain the MLS Provider is set to “ITECH MLS – Glendale AOR” Remove the “ITC-” from your MLS ID if it appears under MLS User ID. Enter your MLS password. Click on Update...

One Thing Every Listing Agent MUST DO To Ensure CRMLS Users Have Access To Your iTech Contact Information With CRMLS, we have created a workaround to ensure that our agent’s profile information is transferring to, displaying in, and ultimately printing from CRMLS.  In short, here is what YOU need to do to ensure your contact information appears with your MLS listings in CRMLS.  Below are screenshots as a visual aid. Type in your contact information into each of your listings. Complete the Contact Order/Contact Phone 1 thru 6 fields, in part or in whole. These fields can contain an email address in addition to phone numbers. This is an example of how your contact information will appear in CRMLS if you DO NOT add contact information in the Contact Order/Phone fields.
