itech mls - special condition field

iTech Special Conditions Field Has 4 New Options

On November 2nd iTech added four new options to our Special Conditions field.  This field defines the Type of Sale such as Standard or Probate.  The four new options are: Conservatorship HUD Owned Third Party Approval Trust This field allows multiple selections so an agent could select Trust and Third Party Approval for the same property.  These values have been available in CRMLS’s listings but we weren’t able to display them. Rapattoni is updating listings that have one or more of these values for all our Active, Active Under Contract, Pending, Hold, and Withdrawn data share listings.

One Thing Every Listing Agent MUST DO To Ensure CRMLS Users Have Access To Your iTech Contact Information With CRMLS, we have created a workaround to ensure that our agent’s profile information is transferring to, displaying in, and ultimately printing from CRMLS.  In short, here is what YOU need to do to ensure your contact information appears with your MLS listings in CRMLS.  Below are screenshots as a visual aid. Type in your contact information into each of your listings. Complete the Contact Order/Contact Phone 1 thru 6 fields, in part or in whole. These fields can contain an email address in addition to phone numbers. This is an example of how your contact information will appear in CRMLS if you DO NOT add contact information in the Contact Order/Phone fields. The only phone number will be your office’s primary phone. This is an example of how contact information appears in CRMLS...Continue reading
