4th Quarter MLS Fees For Period (Oct-Jan) For those who have NOT paid their MLS fees.  October 10, is your last chance to pay without a late charge.  You can pay online in IMS.  NOTE: You can always access IMS from the top menu of this website. Look for “PAYMENTS (IMS)”, select “Pay Dues Online (IMS)”. Here are screenshots of how to pay online.  Before October 10, 5 p.m. Pay $190 MLS Fees NOTE:  This portal password is NOT the same password you use for Matrix.Call the GAOR Office if you need help recovering your IMS password. To ensure you get the best results without any omissions, we recommend that when searching for a particular address you follow these steps: Open CRMLS. Select SEARCH from the main menu Choose Cross Property Scroll to the bottom of the Search Fields Click CLEAR This will clear all the form fields Select ‘Coming Soon‘ and ‘Active‘ to narrow your search results Type the Address Number in the STREET # field Type the Street Name in its designated field You will see a COUNT at the bottom of the form if there is a match Click on the number shown or click ‘Results‘

CRMLS Matrix allows the ability to export a roster of agents. However, that roster does not include emails. However, there is a way to get a list including emails. It involves more steps and a lot of copying and pasting. You will need to click on the slide deck below to see full image, top to bottom. The steps to follow: Open CRMLS. BEGINNING 11/22/22, Matrix users can now directly access RPR listing data and statistics with one click of the RPR icon.  Previously, Matrix users could only access RPR via the agent dashboard. With this new deep-link, users can now simply click the RPR icon on a listing (as seen below) and be linked to their specific listing in RPR directly. CRMLS Matrix now includes the RentSpree application link, effective July 12th, 2022.  See the press release here. When you opt-in to use RentSpree in the “Online Screening” field of your residential lease listing, your MLS system will automatically display the application URL that will link to the RentSpree screening process.  This will also appear in several displays, and many reports, and you will also receive a sharable link in your email.
