To ensure you get the best results without any omissions, we recommend that when searching for a particular address you follow these steps:
- Open CRMLS.
- Select SEARCH from the main menu
- Choose Cross Property
- Scroll to the bottom of the Search Fields
- Click CLEAR
- This will clear all the form fields
- Select ‘Coming Soon‘ and ‘Active‘ to narrow your search results
- Type the Address Number in the STREET # field
- Type the Street Name in its designated field
- You will see a COUNT at the bottom of the form if there is a match
- Click on the number shown or click ‘Results‘
