Candidate Statements

To the members of the Glendale Association:
My name is Alain Babaian, and I’m running for a board position in 2025.
I embarked on my career as a Realtor® in 2011, dedicating myself full-time to the real estate industry. In 2013, I obtained my property management certification and began actively engaging in property management, alongside sales and leasing. By 2016, I had earned my broker’s license to further enhance my knowledge and expertise in the industry. This combination of roles has equipped me with a distinctive and well-rounded understanding of the real estate sector.
I’m now seeking my first term as a Board Member, following a rewarding tenure on the LGLR Committee. This experience has deepened my appreciation for our Association and its mission, which serves both our industry and the local community.
I firmly believe in the principle that “you get back what you put in.” Thus, it is imperative that we continue to invest in our members’ growth and success.
As a member of the Board, my mission will be to address the critical issues facing our industry today, and contribute to making informed decisions that positively impact my colleagues and future GAOR members.
