In short, NO Open Houses are allowed under COVID-19. Your office must have a policy that complies with CDC and CAL-OSHA guidelines, if your office doesn’t have one, then I suggest adopting the California Association of REALTORS® BPPP guidelines.
Specifically:
- Sellers Providing Declarations
- Arranging showings
- Viewing the Property
- Provision of Sanitation Products and Protocols
- Cleaning and Disinfecting the Property
- Visitors Agreeing to “Posted Rules for Entry”
