Just to recap, January is a busy month for paying both Annual Membership Fees and MLS Fees.
On THE FIST DAY of every year, your Association Membership Fees are due. This year, we are giving members 30 days to pay those fees.
- A GAOR Late Fee of $35 will be assessed beginning February 1st
- A C.A.R. Late Fee of $30 will be assessed beginning March 1st
In THE FIRST MONTH of every year, the first of FOUR MLS quarterly installments is also due. This year the first installment is due January 11th.
- GAOR iTech/CRMLS Late Fees Will Be Assessed Beginning January 12th
