What Do REALTOR® Dues Cover?
There are two sets of dues that you should be aware of as a REALTOR®, annual Association dues and quarterly MLS dues. There are four methods for paying your dues covered here.
Association Dues (Annually)
Association Dues are collected beginning every calendar year and are required for membership. Membership gives you access to three associations:
- Glendale Association of REALTORS®
- California Association of REALTORS® and
- National Association of REALTORS®.
All three are paid together as a single amount. To find out the current cost of Association dues, please refer to our membership forms that include GAOR and MLS applications, or contact GAOR’s Membership Department for specific information. Annual association dues are not eligible for auto-pay due to optional RAF contributions that we strongly encourage members to make at the time of their renewal.
MLS Dues (Quarterly)
MLS dues are required for access to GAOR’s Multiple Listing Services. We strongly encourage members to enroll in our auto-pay service using this form. If dues are not paid, access to iTECH is suspended and a $35 fee will need to be accessed to reactivate your account.
GAOR currently offers three MLS services:
GAOR can be your primary or secondary association.
- Brokers may belong to any or all of these MLS providers as a ‘Participant’.
- REALTORS® under that broker may access any of the MLS providers, as a ‘Subscriber’ that their broker has joined.
