Glendale Police - Neighborhood Watch Program

Glendale Police Dept | Neighborhood Watch Meeting

All are invited to the Glendale Police Department’s “Introduction to the Neighborhood Watch” meeting on Wednesday, May 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The meeting will be held virtually through WebEx.  It is recommended to join 5-10 mins before the start of the meeting time to eliminate any last min technical issues.

The Neighborhood Watch program is a crime prevention effort to help Glendale residents make their neighborhood safer by partnering with the Glendale Police Department.  They will highlight some of these program benefits:

  • Reduce the risk of becoming a victim of crime
  • Help Glendale residents recognize and respond appropriately to suspicious activity
  • Learn about crime trends in their neighborhood
  • Reduce the fear of crime and make the neighborhood feel safer
  • Address other areas of concern—fire prevention, teen safety, travel safety, more
  • Meet the designated lead offer who serves their neighborhood area
  • Ultimately, build an effective partnership with the Glendale Police Department
