Code of Ethics - Cycle 6

Cycle 6 NAR Code of Ethics Training Required By All

ALL REALTORS® are required to complete Code Of Ethics training. If you have completed your CYCLE 6 requirement, read no further.  If you haven’t, it is mandatory that you take this three-year certification to keep your NAR status active.  If you are unsure of your compliance status, you can check here.

Code of Ethics Training as mandated by NAR every three years. This course is required to be completed by December 31, 2021, so please DO NOT DELAY!  We urge you to complete this course as soon as possible and avoid the end-of-year rush.  There will be no exceptions for those who do not complete it before the deadline.

Once you have completed the Code of Ethics Training, you must email us a copy of your certificate to gaor@gaor.org.

As a REALTOR® it is one’s obligation to represent competency, fairness, and high integrity of our profession. The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of the National Association of REALTORS® has 17 Articles which can be summarized in the Golden Rule: do to others as you would like them to do to you. Moral conduct in business relations is of the utmost importance and REALTORS® are required to abide by the Code of Ethics. Failure to do so can result in serious consequences including loss of membership or suspension.

Let us know what we can do to help you meet this simple objective.
