CRMLS is working with IDX vendors to remove all photos, except the Primary Photo, on public-facing websites on any listing in a Closed/Leased, Expired, or Cancelled status, including historical listings.

Once a listing enters a finalized status (Closed/Leased, Expired, or Canceled), CRMLS will remove all images except the Primary Photo from listings that would appear via IDX syndication (third-party/public websites). All photos will still remain accessible within the MLS for listings in a final status.
