GAOR is glad to bring you our CRE Mixer! Our guest speakers for June is Robert Bloom, C.A.R., Sr. Legal Counsel.
Robert has been an attorney with C.A.R. for more than 20 years. He received a degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and his law degree from The University of Chicago Law School.
At C.A.R. he primarily advises agents on the Legal Hotline and has completed approximately 70,000 legal consultations.
He gives presentations, most notably he is tasked with writing up summaries of the new laws each year and presenting them in November as part of the Legal Live Webinar Series. He also assists the Sacramento office with review of pending bills
He additionally writes articles for the Real Legal newsletter, Q&As, short legal summaries called “Legal Tools” and other educational materials.
