The Due Date is December 31, 2024.
NAR requires all REALTORS® to take Code Of Ethics training every three years based on the NAR schedule. To meet this requirement, all REALTORS® must take an Ethics course of at least 2.5 hours by the end of this year to be compliant for the next three years. The cutoff to show proof of completion is December 31, 2024.
Failure To Meet This Basic Requirement Will Result In Your Membership Being SUSPENDED Until Proof of Completion is Provided.
NO EXCEPTIONS, regardless of whether you are in the middle of a transaction or not.
You have two options to meet this requirement. IN-PERSON or ONLINE
If you take training outside GAOR’s offerings, you must submit proof of completion to the GAOR office by December 31st.

The course emphasizes that the standards of ethical conduct in real estate practice are based on the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice and federal and state laws governing conduct applicable to real estate.
