Artin Sarkissian discovered his passion for real estate in middle school when he learned that owning properties and collecting rent could create wealth. His interest only grew stronger in his senior year of high school when he was given the opportunity to manage a multi-unit building. “I made a lot of mistakes at first, but I learned fast, developed my people skills, and knew I had a true passion for the business,” he said.
After graduating from Herbert Hoover High School, Artin pursued a degree in business and marketing at California State University Northridge (CSUN). During his time at CSUN, he continued to educate himself about real estate and managed other properties, further fueling his passion.
Artin’s first professional experience in the real estate industry was as an intern for a realtor at Citiwide Realty. He studied hard and took his real estate exam, becoming a licensed realtor. Year after year, he improved his skills and became the top producer at the company.
To further enhance his abilities, Artin hired a real estate coach who helped him become the most successful agent in his town. As his transactions grew in number, he built a team to work with him. His unparalleled focus on marketing and advertising, along with his honest and client-driven approach, led to a remarkably fast-paced success. In 2015, Artin became a broker and opened his own brokerage, The Art In Real Estate. He has since closed over 300 real estate transactions per year and now has 45 agents working for him. As he continues to grow his business, Artin coaches and motivates his agents to reach their full potential.
