We are asking you to adopt the following Articles of the C.A.R. Model Bylaws Revised September 2020 beginning Monday, December 27.

Voting will end at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 14.

A yes vote will replace the similarly named Articles in the current GAOR Bylaws.  Shown here in redline format.

• Article X: Officers & Directors
• Article XI: Meetings
• Article XII: Committees
• Article XIII: Fiscal and Elective Year
• Article XV: Amendment

The voting form below will be removed by the close of business on January 14.
