What MLS does GAOR offer?
MLS offers three different MLS services:
- i-Tech. This MLS is offered directly by GAOR and our service area includes the City of Glendale and surrounding communities. For more information. Go to your iTech MLS here.
- CLAW. The Combined Los Angeles/Westside MLS, or “CLAW”, is available at www.themls.com. CLAW’s service area includes much of West/Central Los Angeles through Malibu.
- CRMLS. The California Region MLS, or “CRMLS”, offers a wide coverage area and more information is available here.
Thanks to agreements between each MLS called “data shares” you have the ability to see all of the listings on each of these MLS’s regardless of which is your own provider.
