I have a listing that has an uninhabitable dwelling. Can I list it as LAND?

Q.

I just received a listing, it has a dwelling which has been vandalized inside, if I add it as a residential listing, can I also add also as land, because actually it is just the land value.

A.

Yes, you can place a property in two Property Types if you can justify both classifications.  In this case, it sounds like your Residential listing should state that the property is uninhabitable and being sold for land value.  That would support a listing in Land also.
