As the 2023 President of the Glendale Association of REALTORS®, I want to welcome you to our Association and to our community. Glendale is a special place with a long history. Our Association, which is more than 100 years old, shares in that great history: the growth of this influential section of Los Angeles County and the development of organized real estate which has helped buyers and sellers conduct transactions in a collaborative and ethical manner.
Known as the ‘Jewel City‘, Glendale is in a prime location nestled in the Verdugo Mountains of the Los Angeles metropolitan area. As a REALTOR®, your contributions to this community and to our profession will help make Glendale an even better place for homeowners and businesses to thrive. And as a member of the public working with a REALTOR® to buy or sell in our area, you can have access to a knowledgeable professional who will guide you through your transaction.
In 2023, as a REALTOR® you can look forward to opportunities for learning and growing professionally in our business. We will have increased training programs, mixers, and opportunities to meet your colleagues and deepen your knowledge of residential and commercial real estate. Our results-driven advocacy team works every day to ensure that your business is protected and your voice is heard in Washington, Sacramento, and all over Los Angeles County. The helpful staff at the Association are ready to help whether in person, on the phone or by email.
