Rent Spree Now Available in Matrix

RentSpree Application Link Now Available In Matrix

CRMLS Matrix now includes the RentSpree application link, effective July 12th, 2022.  See the press release here. When you opt-in to use RentSpree in the “Online Screening” field of your residential lease listing, your MLS system will automatically display the application URL that will link to the RentSpree screening process.  This will also appear in several displays, and many reports, and you will also receive a sharable link in your email. There are different unsubscribe options available that your client can choose from when they receive Direct or Auto Emails. The instructions below will be discussed thoroughly.
