The “Submit offer using Glide” button has been disabled from MLS systems. Here is a notice that went out to all CRMLS members….
On Friday, 5/14, C.A.R. sent an email to its members announcing its decision to keep Glide’s form license in place.
CRMLS has received extensive feedback through various avenues, including a recent email survey completed by thousands of users like you, to help us determine the next course of action. Due to the overwhelming amount of feedback we’ve received, we will remove the “Submit offer using Glide” button from Matrix, Paragon, Flex, and IDX today, Monday, 5/17.
We want to thank those who have completed the survey and want you to know that we have heard and appreciate your concerns.
Here is CRMLS’s status with Glide:

- Glide is, as of this writing, still a CRMLS benefit provided at no cost to our users
- Any transactions you have in process with Glide should not be affected
- We will remove the “Submit offer using Glide” button from Matrix, Paragon, Flex, and IDX.
We will present all user feedback at the CRMLS Board of Directors meeting on Monday, May 24th. CRMLS will determine any next steps with Glide based on CRMLS user input.
