Giants Make Landmark Agreements & Requirements

Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac have agreed to adopt a Home Valuation Protection
Code of Conduct establishing requirements appraisal selection,
solicitation, compensation, conflicts of interest, and corporate
independence, among other tings. Event will be August 28th, Sept.
18th, and Oct. 2nd. at 11:00AM to 1:00PM - Lunch will be served. $10

REALTORS Required to Complete Ethics
Training for 2nd Cycle -- Deadline December 31, 2008
AUG 20
- Between January 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008, every REALTOR is
required to complete 2.5 hours of Code of Ethics training. REALTORS
who have completed this training as a requirement of membership in
another association are not required to complete additional ethics
training until the next four year cycle
