	GUIDE TO THE NEW RPA-CA
	March 26, 2010
Learn how to fill the new RPA-CA form. This class will identify and explain all the parts of the Residential Purchase Agreement Contract. Class will be held on Friday, March 26th at 9AM to 1PM at the GAOR Office. Class is $54 for GAOR members, and $64 for non-members. 	GAOR REALTORS DONATE TO HAITI RELIEF

GAOR members raised $3,975 to donate to the REALTOR Relief Fund at NAR to help the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Thank you for support and donations.

	CARETS SUPRAKEY COOPERATIVE

All agents who are members of an Association in LA, Orange, and Ventura Counties that are part of CARETS are now part of the "Cooperative Server" which means your key will open any box within the CARETS area. To view the areas that your key is set up to work, simply log into the SupraWEB and click on the link for "Update Code" Please click on the header above for more information.

	ACTIVEKEY REPLACEMENT

As a precaution, GE Security is replacing some ActiveKeys due to a potential safety issue. If your ActiveKey is one of those keys, GE will send you an email giving you instructions on the process of how your key will be replaced. If you did not receive such notice, your ActiveKey is fine and will not need replacement. If you have any questions regarding this replacement please call 1-800-394-4988.
