Association and Membership Forms


 This page contains all of the forms that members would receive by coming into the Association office.

Once you have filled the forms and completed the relevant requirements, you may submit your form for processing at the membership services desk in the following ways:
  • Hand deliver the forms, relevant documents and payment to the GAOR office during business hours or drop off in the mail slot.

Membership Applications:

To become a member of GAOR, you will need to obtain and complete the relevant forms. You may choose from the following types of memberships:

*NOTE: REALTORĀ® Dues are NOT refundable. Unused portion of MLS fees are NOT refundable.




Other Association Forms:



The Variable Dues Formula is policy that was established by the National Association of REALTORSĀ® and dates back to 1972. In 1978, NAR revised its bylaws to require the payment of dues by member associations in accordance with a formula based on the number of REALTORĀ® members of an association and the number of individuals licensed with REALTORĀ® members of the association who are not themselves REALTORĀ® members. The local AOR is responsible for the enforcement of this policy.
